RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Our masks are sized for your face to allow maximum comfort. If you have received the wrong size, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to request an exchange.

RETURNS: While we are certain, this will be the best mask you purchase, occasionally something isn’t quite right. If you need a refund for any reason please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. We will refund for the return of any purchase within 5-7 working days.
ORDER CORRECTION: In case if you happen to receive a damaged product then you can inform us by writing an email at email@example.com within the first 24 hours of you receiving the product and we will facilitate the replacement of the same item/ refund the total amount without any deductions.
ALL OTHER RETURNS You may cancel an order for a refund by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
