Our masks are sized for your face to allow maximum comfort. If you have received the wrong size, please email with your order number to request an exchange.

ORDER SUPPORT AND RETURNS: Please email for help with order corrections and support. For returns and exchanges, please see below.

RETURNS: While we are certain, this will be the best mask you purchase, occasionally something isn’t quite right. If you need a refund for any reason please email for instructions. We will refund for the return of any purchase within 5-7 working days.

ORDER CORRECTION: In case if you happen to receive a damaged product then you can inform us by writing an email at within the first 24 hours of you receiving the product and we will facilitate the replacement of the same item/ refund the total amount without any deductions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS The product must be unused and unopened with the original packaging. We will bear the shipping cost for the refund/ replacement. The method of refund will be the same as the method of payment i.e. either through cheque or credited towards the credit card on which the purchase was originally made.
